Awakenings adoration 48 Hours in Macclesfield
Dear friends
We successfully completed 48 hours adoration in Macclesfield church, which started on 15th morning with Holy mass at 9.30 till 9am morning of the 17th of April.
Our parish priest Fr. Peter Burke and Fr Varghese Thanamavunkal gave all their support for the adoration. 90% of participation was from the English community, but our small Malayali community also made sure of their continual presence in front of Blessed Sacrament.
In total more than 80 people come for adoration . A lady named Claire spend all 48 hours in front of Blessed Sacrament with fasting. Some students from All Hallows Catholic college spend hours in front of blessed sacrament too. On the night of the 15th, from 10 pm to 12 am parish music ministry lead a beautiful time of Praise and Worship. They played all the instruments, which was just wonderful.
