LONDON:

1) SPIRIT IN THE CITY-

The Jesus

Youth of London , along with JY friends from other parts of UK, were blessed with

an opportunity to be a part of the annual festival of faith, which took place

in the west end of London, called the Spirit in the City from June 3rd to the

5th. We also had the privileged of leading a Eucharistic procession in the

streets of London with the Jesus youth Jubilee Cross during one of the events

at the festival. It was truly a beautiful platform of celebrating our faith in

Christ as one community of believers, and sharing our experiences through the

medium of music and one to one street evangelization.

during the 2nd day Spirit in the City event from Covent Garden to Leicester

Square, with the Jubilee cross leading the multitude of nearly 500 people long

the busy streets of London.

And on the

finale of the Festival the a small group of Jesus youth boldly walked along the

streets of London from Leicester square to Trafalgar square, concluding with a

small prayer with the Jubilee cross at this very famous tourist destination,

interceding for God’s blessing on this country.

I took my time to thank God for all the blessing and gifts of kindness he has given me through out my life. Then I Prayed for people in need on the Intercession Board and in my heart like for all the Priests in the world all the people who are suffering from various diseases and my realtives like my mom, dad many more people around the whole globe. Thank you Lord for giving me this time to praise and worship you. - A grateful heart

Spending time with the Lord has helped me to understand myself, using the Lord as a guide. Thanking for the many things that I know realise i am blessed with. When you take a glance away from the busy world, to be with yourself, with Christ, the purifying effect it has the sudden rejuvenation felt by the mind is hard to describe. Thank You lord for telling me the things you did. - A grateful heart
