As we prepare ourselves for the feast of the Pentecost there seems to be awesome presence of the Holy spirit in this place. Seven days into the Holy spirit novena, contemplating each day on the various gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit, seeing the mighty works in the lives of the Apostles and the early church in the daily reading, gives us a new vigor to move on ahead. New vitality to entrust ourselves completely at the disposal of the Holy spirit to be used in spite of our weaknesses, from the conviction that the Spirit lives and moves in our hearts and empowers us each day of our lives.
